Manfred Mann's Earth Band - Watch (Liquid Vinyl - Light Blue) (LP)

Recorded in 1978, this album, along with "Roaring Silence," is considered the standout work of Manfred Mann's Earth Band during this period. The included Bob Dylan song "Mighty Quinn" is, in her version, undeniably a classic. "Davy's On The Road Again"—written by Robbie Robertson—is also among Manfred Mann's Earth Band's best-known tracks. With "Watch," the band moves away somewhat from the prog-rock influences (such as those prominent on "Solaris") and focuses more on the structures of classic rock songs. This re-release is a new edition that restores the original track listing, including a bonus track and lyrics.
